Dumb, Really Dumb

Hey folks,

Any film that starts out with a modern day five-star admiral and then has someone address an Army First Lieutenant wearing a single silver bar as a Major can only go downhill from there. There was a lot of martial arts fighting and a lot of shoot-em-up going on, so I was surprised to find there were not a lot of the comic book folks here raving about how great this "action thriller" was.

A week or so after initially starting this thread, I went back and read it again. After re-reading my post, I was half embarrassed to admit I watched the film, and I thought about simply removing the thread so no one would know I watched the film. Then, after pondering the fact this film was made 15 years ago and no one had bothered to submit a storyline or start a Message Board thread, I decided I should allow my thread to remain and just suffer the fact that I actually watched this film.
