In the scene, where "Wilma" is jogging and she goes into the supply room to get a bottle of water. The gorilla comes out of the cage, you see a basket of yellowed bananas, then when the handler leads him out, the gorilla takes a bunch of green bananas out of the banana basket, that were not there.

It's a bit picky, but in the scene where Rollo thinks the woman who fell down the stairs is faking her injury, he says to the woman's husband "Taste the blood". As he sticks his tongue out to taste it, you can see that his mouth is already bright red, obviously from a previous take.
