Shouldn't say TRUE STORY on the Title
Because it's clearly loosely based on a true story. They sure took liberty in the final scene wit the fairies don't ya think lol and let's not forget the boy...

shareIt's title is "Fairy Tale : A True Story" so yes they took advantage. They should've just said "based on a true story" as they changed many of the factual events.
shareI just don't get why people would want to make a family movie of depth and character around a hoax. That being said, I thought it made an entertaining film, it just should have dropped the based in reality bit cause when people actually look it up, there's nothing there but disappointment.
