That was a real ambiguous part of the movie. If they were smart, they couldn't let her go. After all, both her boyfriend and father were killed within 30 minutes.
She didn't come off as particularly street smart so they couldn't count on her to keep her yap shut.

I'm watching it right now, Stevie & Julien dragging her out of the room. I don't hear anymore from them now, Ray & Dave are talking:
Ray: "You're an old Scarface, Dave."
Dave: "Was either you or me..." blah, blah, blah...
Ray shoots Dave, goes downstairs, turns off light, walks out the front door.
Daugher outside with Stevie & Julien. Stevie looks at daughter, looks at Ray, Ray looks at daughter, Stevie looks at Julien. Julien has his back turned to all of them with the old "hate to whack her, but we gotta" look.
I say she's dead...
Why wouldn't they have just killed her in the house?

i get the sense that there was a very strong theme here about "honor amongst thieves" (and ultimately how that gets broken by, "those who get greedy" --kinda like why the mafia initially avoided the drug trade-- which in the end turned out to be the correct instinct the drug trade ruined the mafia-- and "honor amongst thieves" only gets lipservice amongst gangster who sell out their own mothers for a dime bag)
having grown up the daughter of a G, i'm assuming she knows the game. her bf was a crooked cop (i've never noticed any real important distinction between cops and robbers... look at the sheriff's departments in the U.S. they are nothing more than "our" thugs over "local" thugs... shops have to pay 10,000 of dollars to get a little shield sticker to display in their window, try getting the cops to come out quickly if your shop doesn't have that sticker... it's just like a protection racket), everyone she knows is in the game, she's a part of the whole things, she knows the score, if they were gonna whack her they wouldn've right there.
