i havent seen this movie but going by the plot summary here it sounds vey similar to 'a life less ordinary'...is that true?
shareAs you say the plots are very similar. Both films are flawed but personally I prefer Excess Baggage. A Life Less Ordinary tries too hard to be kooky and clever and ends up being unbelievable. Excess Baggage plays it more straight, plus it has a great supporting role for Christopher Walken, just like he did in that other Alicia Silverstone vehicle Blast From The Past about this time.
