QUESTION?

This is directed at the people who didn't like this movie

Have you ever made a movie??

reply

I liked the movie and i never made a movie. Everyone is entitled to his/her opinion.

reply

Nope, but I've seen a hell of a lot of them, and this one kinda sucked.

reply

When I first saw this movie in the theaters I couldn't wait for it to end. But oddly enough I have found myself watching this on tv over the years and being amused by the jokes and liking the music chosen. and think Alicia Silverstone was hot in this.

reply

Agreed on that. I've also weirdly found myself watching parts of it again. Mostly the scenes where she's arguing on the road while smoking.

What does making a movie have to do with not liking a movie? What, because we're not all filmmakers, we're not allowed to have an opinion? Have you made a major motion picture, because if you haven't, are you entitled to like the movie more than someone who hasn't and who doesn't like the movie?

Your question doesn't make sense when you stop to consider that part of the human condition is critical thinking.

I agree with fancy...movies are made for people like us...and we either like them or we don't. It's not made JUST for the people who make them. We are the ones that make the filmmakers their money. If we don't like it, they don't make money. It's not a matter of if we've made a movie or not. It's up to us if it flops. I'm watching this movie for the first time in my life on TV right now. I happen to like it. Some people don't. I also liked Xanadu, but I'm not bashing anyone that didn't like it...which is probably most of the universe.
