Something I Don't Understand! Hmmmm...

Just for thought. I don't understand how everyone is typing up these 'essays' on what they think actually happened at the end of the movie... or whether or not Cisely was molested or had a sexual obsession for her father. Yes she reached puberty and had a desire for her father... but not sexually. Neither of it is true... does anyone own the signature series of this movie??? If so, or whatever the case... has anyone listened to the commentary???

I think we are left up to our own interpretation. I forget what she says, I haven't listened to it in a long time, but I think it's something to that affect.

Cicely had the Electra complex n my opinion.

There are two commentaries on dvd and I have only listened to one, nothing really said about it other than Lemmins asking cast what they thought.
