Shot On?

i think you're right, but the "look" of it is so strange. like the way it (whatever the camera that was used) handled fast motion has a video look. But this was too early to be a video project... it must have been some foreign camera because I know PAL shoots in a different frame rate (i heard once it was 25fps instead of 24)
