No "In Memory of Chris" at the end?

I don't understand what happen. Was this not common practice in the 90's? Now if you watch those movies after Heath Ledger and Paul Walker died, there's nice deal in the end credits. This came out 6 months after he died. There was plenty of time to add something to the end credits. Were all the prints held up or something? What happen?
