I can't believe it...

I just can't believe that there isn't more of a message board for this film. True- it's not the greatest of all time but it's sweet and very few actual "sweet" movies are made anymore. I could just be a hopeless romantic but I was just BEGGING for Daniel & Sam to get together. Even thought it was made almost ten years ago, it's nice to see the right people get together. So often now, the wrong girl mixes with the wrong people and the boy wants the girl but is too afraid to say anything and they both end up miserable. I love this movie and I wish that life (except for the dad's death) could always end this way.
