It was just on tonight and there was a later reference to them being made to eat glass, so I believe it was glass not eggshells. It did look white, so my guess was glass from lightbulbs. It's very thin and white.

Yea it was definitely Egg Shells. That's an old trick... Some times they pretend they are crushing glass and just put doritos on the ground. It's in the movie Van Wilder. But It was Egg Shells, not Light Bulbs.

Please help me figure out who sings the opening song in the movie...when they kidnap the girl in her dorm room. Right in the beginning...
This sounds just like KIP WINGER from the 90's group Winger. Does anyone own this movie so you can look on it for me. I have the movie TIVO'D but it just says the original music is done by this guy named MIKE TAVERA.

HELP!!!!!

Also the same song was played in the movie NOONE WOULD TELL.
When they were in his truck alone down by the river.

Search his name on Google and you can listen to stuff he's done in his movies; I found the instrumental scores from No One Would Tell (though you're right, the title song "No One Would Tell" and "Dying to Belong" sound insanely similar, even in melody!) but anyway, I didn't find any with lyrics.

It's a test of trust. It's eggshells... they crushed a bowl of glass next to a bowl full of eggshells... it's an old trick from the sororities. Some people would be too afraid to eat it because they might think it's the glass they crushed.

A very old trick.

you gotta wonder... if it was eggshells, why did the other girl spit it out. I mean you can tell the difference between shards of glass and the miniscule layers of egg shells.

I think she panicked. She heard the glass break, and then in her already-heightened anxiety thought it was really glass.
Or she could have realized it was an eggshell, and just didn't want to eat it.

They spit out the eggshells because they were acting the part. The talented acting performance makes the story more believable and it keeps lifetime movie fans like me coming back for a second or third or, in my case, twentieth viewing. I love the movie and the acting talents of Miss Hilary Swank. Lifetime and Lifetime Movie Network have some great movies and I continue to watch them over and over again. I am a fan. Let the guys have Spike TV. I'll stick with Lifetime.
