I've seen that movie few years ago. I think that it's THE BEST movie that i've ever seen. I also like Ocean's Eleven & Ocean's twelve, but Dobermann will be always my fave. V. Cassel's great;)) btw, don't you know where I can find transcript of it in english ? I tried to find in internet movie but i haven't got english script and i don't know french! Dobermann's fans! please help!
shareI've been in love with Monica Bellucci for a while now but this movie really showed me how cool Cassell is. The villain was such a great hate character. The over the top action, sick humor, and colorful characters in this movie blew me away.

I saw it in Theater when it was released. I live in Québec, so we have the chance to get a lot of French movies, not as much as we should have, but we have some realy good stuff.
I brought a friend of a friend and he was disgused. Made me like Dobermann even more LOL!!!

damn im serious the only 2 scenes actually good are the ones of the granade in the helmet and the guy kiss the highway but man the plot was worse than awful and the fcking guy go told me to watch this junk is dead

Dobermann is just a different kindof film than the ones you just mentioned, and can't really be compared. It's a thin story, if there really is one, as you pretty much go straight into the cat and mouseness of it all, and that's it really. In the end, you just have to like it for what it is - An over the top, violently obsurd piece of Euro nonsence that is totally brilliant for what it is.

It is a cult classic. The movie kicks a**, and Cassel is beyond brilliant.
