OMG!OMG!OMG! (spoilers)

It's been a long time since I've experienced quite so much visceral excitement watching a film. This is an incredibly stylish film, typical French humour throughout, an uber-cool gang of criminals, a completely demented and sinister police officer and one of the best death retribution scenes!

Cassel was at his best in this. Not in terms of acting - he has made so many good films that it comes down to a matter of taste as to which is his best acting performance, but in attitude. Make me wonder if Dobermann were written for him. Bellucci was beautiful and banshee-hilarious as his GF Nat. And the actor who played Cristini (the bad, bad cop) was superb. He almost stole the show until his death scene. The way he is killed, head held out of the car and on the road by Dobermann with Nat making sure he can't grab on and pull himself back in the car - wow! I might add that the soundtrack was fantastic too. I will watch this again and again.
