Its a scaled down version of the gruntmaster 9000 but is fully upgradable.
I think it was exersize machine, when he talks about the name they originally call it something else that the boss calls a car name... i need to go back and watch it.
That's pretty much what they said. As for what it actually does, I'd guess you sit down, and it spins, so really nothing(Although in one episode it creates a black hole).

For the person who asked about the car name. They gave the Bosses Boss the names 'Salemela' what ever the spelling is from bad chicken and Seberrea (not really sure what that is)

They picked that name because it was suggested by Dogbert because Dilbetr was worried about becoming the chicken me from not being able to think of a project name.

i do believe it started out as something to get rid of the "pruneing" from taking a bath (they get the blueprints for it from the garbage man, and it's called a cellular regenerator or something like that), and then later they call it an exercise machine.
