I've seen on the trivia for dispicable me that the bank's boss is "a reference" from the pointy haired boss, I noticed it as soon as he was on the screen, so should Scott Adams be having a word about copyright of a character there or......?

or he could not overreact and be tool bag and just appreciate the reference. It's an homage made by one film maker to the other or perhaps the comic. There is no need for him to be up in arms and take legal action. If anything I would hope this made Scott happy, not upset.
