I didn't know how good an actor Keaton is until I saw this movie

I've seen Mr. Mom and Batman and White Noise but Keaton is just spectacular in this movie, he actually made me feel tense when he was on screen. He really had his demeanor and act together, amazing.

He was darker than batman in the bat suit. I rather fight batman in the batsuit than go against keaton in this movie...

Also check out Clean and Sober for a good performance

seconded. Michael Keaton is a great actor whose role in Batman overshadows everything he has done (great movie).... one can tell from Beetlejuice that he has over the top charisma, but watching him from Clean and Sober, to Beetlejuice, to Batman, to Jackie Brown to Desperate Measures.... it all proves he is one of the top talents of the 20th century when it comes to the acting profession....

He was better at playing a psycho in Pacific Heights...

Born when she kissed me, died when she left me, lived whilst she loved me

Yeah, Keaton is a very talented and versatile actor, he can play just about any character. I love how he played McCabe.

Y'know, I could eat a peach for hours

I've always loved Michael Keaton, and I will follow him to B-movie hell (like here) and back (like "Birdman").

Guess the OP never saw Beetlejuice. People act like Beetlejuice is just a simple normal performance.

Even the most primitive society has an innate respect for the insane.

his multi-role performance in the film "Multiplicity" is the single greatest acting accomplishment of the 20th century

I never got around to seeing that film.

When I found out he dropped out of the third Batman to do Multiplicity I was like "Huh?!" and wrote the movie off because I loved him so much in the first two Tim Burton Batman flicks and didn't want to see him in anything else for a while.

One of these days I'll actually get around to watching that film.
