its bound to happen right? The Crow is getting remade and Dark City wasn't too long after that (getting on for almost 20 years old!)

Wahlberg & Bay would make abysmal choices for lead & director --- not sure if the OP is sincere or kidding. Apologies if it's the latter.

Too old for the role now, but a younger Jeff Goldblum would have made an excellent Murdoch, IMO.

If they would make a remake, it would absolutely be this...

And the tragic would be that one would have wished for just a few millions of that budget in the budget of the original to make it look less like a b-movie, making the new movie better and worse at the same time.

I'd say Michael fassbender as Murdock - walberg doesn't look the part IMO
