Any chance this will be out on DVD?

I love this film only have an ex rental copy and the vhs quality isnt brilliant. Lots of other Patrick Stewart DVD's are out why not this? I can see why because in the UK it never made it to sale and was infact only viewable from video rentals i got my copy from a rental spot cos they were having a clearout. There has been loads of films and tv shows brought out on dvd that are much worse and less sucessful than this so it seems only fair this is released even if i am the only one who will buy it :)
