Eddie Deezen?

I've come across several copies of this film being sold on eBay, and it states that 80s teen icon Eddie Deezen is amongst the cast members; however, this movie's not mentioned on his IMDb page. I was just curious, because this doesn't really seem like the kind of movie Mr. Deezen would involve himself with.

Would anybody know the answer to this one?
