With a ridiculously high budget of 80 million dollars, they managed to make one of the worst movies I've ever seen. Terrible acting, terrible plot, abd incredibly terrible cheesiness.

Not awful but it was very confusing. I had trouble keeping up with plot details and this led to confusion and a general dislike of the film.

I agree with Zuider, while it wasn't an awful film, it was indeed very flawed and muddled in the plot department.

It's the most illogical movie I've ever seen. The plot had more holes than Swiss cheese. And Gibson's character might be the most unappealing protagonist ever. How the hell did Warner Bros. think this was a good idea?

The best part of the movie is when Mel is carting himself around in the wheel chair with his eye lids taped open. It cracks me up every time.

Yeah it's pretty bad, though Mel Gibson is pretty good in the part.
