How does he go from his role in "The Rock," to ripped Cameron Poe in "Con Air" in the same year? Then his next movie is "Face Off," and he goes back to being thinner.

All had 97 releases. Steroids? It appears to be.

Just because they were released around the same time doesn't mean they were all filmed at the same time.

He bulked up a lot in Kiss of Death a couple of years earlier as well.

Yeah, his build in con sir is reasonably attainable with big time workouts, diet and trainer
