Need movie suggestions. . .

I've heard a lot of people refer to "Clockwatchers" as a chick-flick version of "Office Space", a much broader and upbeat comedy dealing with late-90's "cubicle culture".

Edit: I just realized that I'm replying to you four years after your original post! Anyway, I hope you managed to see "Office Space"; it flopped during its original, limited release, but it's since become a cult classic.

It's a book but it's the same theme - And Then We Came to the End by Joshua Ferris. Same kind of office life tragedy novel with comedy mixed in. :)

The cinematography and humour in this film reminded me of Punch-Drunk Love (2002).
