Great cast/very good acting...

Thanks to the poster on this board, it certainly answered some questions I had about the rather abrupt ending of this movie.
All in all, I thought the casting was great, all the actors did a great job, and overall, the movie was very well done.
And while someone said the plot was rather thin, I thought the characters were developed very well, all the way around.
Best line: "Barney, can I ask you to stop poking the body with a stick?"...hilarious.
I'd give this a 7 of 10...and it would have been higher if I'd been smart enough to fill in the 'holes' I had on the ending ~ I really had missed it completely!
Thanks again to the posters for the explanations!

This film is Imminently re-watchable. It's one of those little gems.

This movie is in my list of top 10 greatest movies I have ever seen.
Definitley Vince Vaughn's best role....EVER!
The jailhouse scene near the end of the movie was classic VV. Anyone could have played Clay
But no one else could of done Lester Long (ah Lester the Molester) better than VV!
I came to this forum today hoping to hear if anyone knew if this classic
would be on Blu-Ray someday soon. I hope so.

Anyone could have played Clay? DISAGREE! The whole movie turned on his reactions to the various situations and the ability of the actor to show the accompanying emotions - Perfect for Joaquin. Perfect.

He carried the film.
His ability to cope with everything thrown at him was a treat to watch.
