I have never have had more fun in a movie thn this one, I saw three times alt different movie festivals in Mexico City and each time all the viewers laughed and clapped their hands as I never seen before!

Sorry, you are right. I completely agree, this movie is S E N S A T I O N A L, deserves to be in the top 3. The people who haven't seen it and had ignored it at one time or another don't know what they're missing. A gem and a masterpiece.

Ive seen it many times, its just (if not) the best comedy ever...

It has everything, very good humor, a beautifoul love story, and a happy ending.

One of my top 5 in movies...

Definitely a fantastic movie! It has everything you want from a movie. Thoroughly entertaining ,never a dull moment. I want to buy it for everyone I love.It is my favorite and has been for about 3 years now.

Film can be so different - I believe that you cannot name a best film overall, you need to use categories, at least...

Definitely top 250 material.
And i'm glad you liked it as a comedy, even though it isn't really.

It was on the Top 250 list at the end of 1999, but it had dropped off by the end of 2000.

Even if it gets in the list every now and then, it will surely off the list.
It has just fallen off the list again.
For the Top 250, only votes from regular voters are considered but IMDB doesn't clarify who can be deemed regular voter.
