Anyone know if this movie is on DVD? I mean, I don't need it on special edition, but it would be nice if I could get rid of the tape and add the DVD to my collection

Yes, it is, but the DVD is pan-and-scan.

I got the DVD at Wal Mart for $6, and it's available on Amazon!

It is. Bear in mind it's not 16:9.
