Don't know why. This is a pretty good film. Reminded me of those 30s Warner Bros. pictures. There are a few questions I have and it is a little too dramatic, but that's the nature of this film. What was Denzel Washington's connection to this film? He was thanked in the end credits.

When the older brother shoots the black detective at the end of the movie, where did this happen and if it was in the older brother's apt, why was the detective there?
shareI don't even know if this film was released thatrically but it was really good from what I remember. I rented it a long time ago because there was nothing good available and I was truly surprised at the quality of the film- it's left an impression on me after all these years. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be able to find it now if I wanted to.
