Military Clerk or Spetsnaz ?

The character of Sergey Bodrov Jr, (Danila) - for a military clerk he knows a lot of killing tecniques. Was he a spetsnaz when he was in the army?

It's not clear where exactly he served but he wasn't a clerk. It's just not like him to brag.

I don't agree. I think he was a clerk. He's just smart, that's why he made a plan how to kill the Chechen.

I was thinking exactly this when I watched the film tonight. I don't believe he was just a clerk in HQ. He's a killing machine haha
