religion biased

religion is a big deal in the WEST,

the Protestant countries always want to show Roman Catholics as bad as possible

Protestant countries (US,UK etc) and their controlled media try anything they can to defame Catholic people(France,Italy,Spain.and ..Ireland)

everytime I lol when british "tabloids" call italians and spaniards racist...

it seems that Protestants are a bunch of hypocrite

What does that have to do with this movie?

..and does booing black footballers not count as racist?

What about wearing a monkey mask because the rival to your Formula One driver is black?

To think there's such a thing a protestant media in the UK is stupid enough in itself. Hardly anyone cares about religion in Britain, and they never did in Northern Ireland, the divide and struggles were entirely political, not religious.

This is not true, for example everytime there is a supernatural good vs evil movie like End of Days or the Exorcist films, the hero is always a Catholic while Protestants especially more traditional groups like Southern Baptists are usually portrayed as backwards. THough the Last Exorcism MAYBE has a Protestant preacher though it was never made clear. Northern Ireland is part of the United Kingdom just like Scotland and Wales are. The movie says half the Northern Irish population is Protestant isn't it more like 75% The Catholics are the minority there.

I've always thought of the IRA as a terrorist group muich like the groups from Palestine and Chechnya vs a rebel army.

It's more like 42% protestant and 41% Catholic or something.

As they say "one man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter." The authorities in Northern Ireland treated the Catholics terribly for years so it was all much more complicated than simply a minority terrorist organisation causing havoc.

Thankfully things are much better now.
