prostitution

In the part where he gets into a car with someone and then comes back angry with money, did he sell is body? I watched it on lifetime, so I'm thinking a scence was possibly deletled that would have added detail to the event. That is the way I took it; anyone else have an opinion?

Inside me there lives a skinny woman, but I usually shut that b*tch up w/ chocolate!! :)

I believe you are supposed to assume that he did sell his body. The way he is acting in the bathroom scene just after returning tells it all. He is awesome in this movie. He knew he had to get some money for them to survive. He was desperate.

You can sort of see the hands of the driver. I think it is supposed to be a man, adding a whole other level to his decision.

Yeah it was clear that they were male homosexual prostitutes if you see the way the cars pull up and the way the men approached the cars. It seems that the point was that he was so low that he had to prostitute himself to have sex and with a man, even though he is straight and in love.
