That almost everyone in the cast has either:

A. Never been in any other movie

or

B. Has film expereince in some feild beside acting (I. E. Electrician, editor. etc)?

Makes you wonder the movie ended up being so good.

Falcon used to make Hong Kong martial arts films, or be in them at least. Ya'll might have known that but yee. Also, check out the Sic String Samurai website for a really well written and interesting story of The Making Of the movie, cool story.

Hey - you know Jeff?
Could you pass it on to him that I thought he was amazing in Six String?
Maybe he's better off without being in the movie industry, its not a very zen like business.

I found it strange that he seems to not have done anything since this movie. And everything he did prior to it was Japanese. I remember several years ago watching this movie and wondering what else he had done, or done after it. Was disappointed that he had done nothing since.
