When will this finally be on Blu-Ray?

I love this movie so much, but the DVD is archaic. It isnt even formatted for 16 x 9 tv.

This movie needs an upgrade to Blu-Ray in the worst way!

If you love this movie, please write to Shout Factory and suggest that they release a blu-ray.
