thought it started

really well and then all went to s**t. I long for kevin smith to get back on track. The ending was just silly and too over the top and far fetched. Ruined what started out well

It didn't even start that well.
It was made by one of Smith's mates, so he can only be blamed for encouraging him.
There's a reason this kind of rubbish can't get made without a friend in the business. It looked like a student film. That main guy, Robert DiPatri, couldn't act for sh!t, no wonder we haven't seen him since.
The only highlight, as far as I could see, was Eion Bailey. He was very good, considering the quality of the writing.
I wish the Saw DVD had have been available. I want my £5 back! ;)

Can you guys quit pretending your opinions about movies matter?
That was a good movie, probably better than anything Smith himself has made(maybe not chasing amy) but it's hard to judge because they're different genres. The point is for a drama this was a good movie, and it didn;t have a nicely resolved happy ending, it was real, and I liked it. It's comparably to the cooler, a greta movie, but the cvooler *beep* up and gave it a happy ending when the drunk driver hits the guy, this movie has no miraculous day saver, it's more realistic and I liked that, and if you disagree then you like that hollywood happy ending *beep* and need to get past that. The acting wasn;t perfect but have you seen teenagers in HS when they are akward and disliked, it's like the movie. Movie teenagers have warped most people's ideas of what being a teen is like. And Carmen Lee is hot. Clearly. And any movie with Ethan Suplee has to be good, it just does. And now I sound like you guys, claiming a movie is good or bad based on stupid reasons. But every reason before Ethan Suplee is a good reason why this movie is good.

I agree with much of what Randal_Flagg said here. It was a good movie that offered something different. The acting was shaky at some parts, but I think that was because (as in other View Askew films) the dialogue was somewhat contrived and unrealistic, but I think the actors did a fairly good job with what they were working with. The ending was brilliant, in my opinion, in comparison to the run-of-the-mill happy resolution. There was nothing unrealistic about the blood, especially when the lunatic shot the bully at the end in the back of the neck? That was one of the best shots I've ever seen in an independent film.

I'd like to see any of these "critics" make a better film with that kind of budget.

It started well. It finished well. What more do you people need? Eion Bailey was the biggest highlight of the film...his acting was brilliantly spot on believable. I have yet to see someone else who can act in this sort of genre as well as Eion.

Also with such a low budget, this film hit everything that makes it entertaining believable and down right good. Much better than the amounts of *beep* Hollywood is just throwing at us these days. I wish people would just appreciate this movie for what it is cos there will not be another one from this type of genre that will top it.
This film to me is 10/10.
Best Low Budget movie ever made...
I <3 Dianna Agron!
