Teddy would not have survived

Saw this tonight for the first time (ThisTV Channel), while surfing--didn't tune it in, purposely. I'm no expert on gunshot wounds, but I believe there was no way Teddy could've lived with the two (three?) slugs in his abdomen from a high-caliber handgun; not to mention the delay in calling in the EMT team--even at best scenario, he wouldn't have been conscious enough to flash "thumbs up" to the crowd. No worries--I get it--It's fiction and just enjoy the flick!
