Does he die? I was Just Wondering since I only saw about 45 minutes of it. Just Curious, if he dies I need to mentally prepare myself.

Yeah. I'll tell ya what happens. That guy that was on the train and told him to act like he didn't know the dancer eventually gets very close to Clive's character. The guy tells Clive that he loves him. Etc etc. And then one of the officers ends up shooting the guy from the train while Clive was there. He was shot right by an electrical fence so Clive just runs into it and kills himself.
shareBefore Max (Clive) walks to the fence, he puts on his partner's jacket with the pink triangle so he can die being true to himself.
