The dresses AND the Metropolitan Museum's China show

Just saw First Monday in May, the movie about the Met's China fashion show, and this movie was referenced as a big source for the look of the show. So I rented it, first time viewing it, and wow.

The Met's show had Kar-Wai Wong as a consultant.

The fashions are, as someone said in another comment, uncomfortable looking but GORGEOUS. Oh, to be tall and slim and be able to pull this look off.
