Preposterous! The SECOND movie was even rated G, and it wasn't really much less "worse" than this one. This should have been rated PG for mild language, nothing more. These weird ratings are driving me nuts. The Nutty Professor from 1996 shouldn't have been rated PG-13 either.

Yeah, yeah, a freakin' finger, so what? The Simpsons Movie wasn't rated PG-13 for language even though Homer angrily flipped people off.

Well there is the mild innuendo I guess like when Bean is right on David's ass and the shower scene, stuff like that I guess the MPAA felt some of that stuff was more adult humor.

Movies were less concerned about being politically correct in the 90s. You could get away with a lot more then. I miss those days. Everyone now seems to think we must shield our kids away from everything negative.

When the MPAA hates a film, for some reason they rate give it a more higher "adult" rating. I sorta noticed this.
