(based on ones that had worked/would go on to work with burton and ones that just seem like they'd fit in a burton movie)

Depp/Freeze
Nicole Kidman/Poison Ivy (no Kidman in Forever)
Christina Ricci/Batgirl

No. It's just imo what the cast may have looked like had burton stayed for Forever and B&R

Sounds about right. Though I think he would have used Lisa Marie or Winona Ryder for poison Ivy (around that time).

I always thought that Marcia Cross would've been pitch perfect as Poison Ivy circa 1997:

Maybe Winona Ryder as Poison Ivy. She looks actually similar to Uma Thurman.

Yeh I didn't think of her. Went with Nicole as she be too young for Keaton in BF so use her for Ivy

I wonder how Anjelica Huston would've fared as Poison Ivy? Based on her character as the Grand High Witch in the original version of The Witches, she could've brought a sinister but elegant edge to Poison Ivy.

Plus, she was Morticia Addams, in the live-action Addams Family movies that weren't actually directed by Tim Burton (they were instead, helmed by Barry Sonnenfeld, but it would be easy to assume that Tim Burton himself directed them. Plus, there's the Jack Nicholson factor:

She is good, but probably would be too old at the time for the “sexiness” of the role. I could imagine Anjelica Huston in an elegant dress but not in a skin-tight suit showing off her crotch, ass and breasts.

Maybe Lisa Marie as Poison Ivy since she played lots of sexy roles in other Tim Burton films at the same time.

The actor who played Tor Johnson in Ed Wood probably would have played Bane.
