I watched this film in a hotel room in Paris years ago not understanding the dialogue but really appreciating the interplay, for some reason it has lived with me ever since. After years of asking my french friends what the film might be my request got answered within a day on IMdb.

So I am looking for anyone who has seen the film, did it make similar impression on you?

Yep it's one of those movies that stays on your mind for years.
I will never forget the claustrophobic atmosphere of this film. Really really highly recommend!

Actually I saw the movie when it came out in 1997. I found it was brilliant then. Years later I watched it again this time on VHS because I couldn't get hold of a DVD version but it was still a brilliant flick.
