ok so is this what happens?

so basically the whole house of love thing and trevor waking up from his coma was all a dream? everything that happened was all in his mind? did he really do a ritual with faith and when it didnt work, he killed her and somehow lapsed into a coma? and then the rest of the movie was a dream?
