widescreen?

Is this movie only available in Fullscreen? I see three different copies/releases on Half and one says its fullscreen while the others fail to mention.

The R1 DVD has the widescreen/fullscreen option. Other region releases are full screen only.

After a comparison of the DVD, its worth noting that the widescreen version on the R1 DVD is infact a fake widescreen job done by the company. It cuts out important details such as heads and bodies ect; from the top and bottom of the screen and adds nothing to the sides in comparison to the full frame version.

That would strongly indicate that this low budget film was infact filmed in full frame.

The 2001 DVD has options: you can watch it either fullscreen or widescreen. And the fullscreen version, is simply the entire neg trasferred academy ratio, so if you only have it on VHS or something and you want to watch it 1:85:1, you can just tape out the bars at the top and bottom yourself. (Uh, if you're as obsessive as I am, about watching movies widescreen.)
