Just seen this load of .....

Fortunately, I had Tivo'd it, so when I disbelieved the quote by Cliff Robertson from King Lear - "How sharper than a thankless tooth" I was able to run it back to make sure I'd heard right - and I suppose had he completed it he would have said - "..to have a serpent's child". And it was all downhill from there - this is the movie with everything (bad). It had a bi-lingual heroine, who couldn't act her way out of the proverbial paper bag, russian mafia baddies, corrupt police chief, babies kidnapped from oppressed rumanian refugees, a troubled relationship between father and daughter, smarmy score, deadly dialogue, boring continental setting, a done to death scene on the Berlin subway - the foley wasn't bad, but no Techie winner. Anyway, I felt it was worth a message.
