Anyone know the name of the guy who played Lucifer in this movie (dude dressed up in a black robe)?

I think that it was Viggo Mortensen. Or maybe he was just Lucifer in the first movie.

Viggo played Lucifer in the first movie, only. I don't know who played him in Prophecy II....

Glen Danzig. they list him in the credits as Samayel, another name for Lucifer. It means "The Poisonous One" in Hebrew.
