Is this the only animated movie Fox came out with?

The "All Dogs go to Heaven" series, Ice Age series, Secret of NIMH, and a couple of others.

The Secret of NIHM was released by MGM/UA. Fox has the home video rights to the MGM catalog now in the present day, but they were not involved with the film when it was originally made and released.
