the scariest movie i've ever seen as a child
When I first watched the movie I was really young, so I don't remember it mostly. But 30% of my childhood nightmares was about anastasia and creepy mouthless people.

shareYou haven't watched Dumbo then
shareHow about when Rasputin's body is stripped of its flesh at the end and he's just a skeleton and he convulses for a few seconds before disintegrating? I saw a heavily edited version of the movie until two nights ago when I FINALLY saw that moment... and being 30 years old now, it shocked and disturbed me!
CDEGFEDCC. (Shhh!)
I grew up on Don Bluth's films. It's the primary reason he left Disney; he wanted to make animated films with darker imagery and content.
Check out more of his movies. They're all pretty dark, in one way or another.
Me and my siblings used o watch this a lot. Watching it now honestly I can't believe my parents let us watch it (or many Don Bluth movies for that matter). It's pretty creepy.
