From the filmmaker - re the soundtrack

I've never left a message on any IMDB board before, but considering both the confusion and interest in the AP soundtrack, I thought perhaps it might be a good idea.

'Desperate Town' was written and performed by the great Simon Boswell and is available as either a download from Itunes or as a cd from Simon's website (www.simonboswell.com). The album is entitled 'Close Your Eyes' and contains contributions from many of Simon's past collaborators including Dario Argento, Alejandro Jodorowski, Richard Stanley, Goran Visnjic, Ewan McGregor and myself.

'O Euchari in Leta Via' was written by Hildegard von Bingen in the 12th Century and this interpretation was arranged by Richard Souther and performed by Emily van Evera . The album, entitled 'Vision', is available from Amazon (ASIN:B000002SL6).

Hope this helps.

Paul Chart (writer/director: 'American Perfekt')'.

thank you mr chart
you sent me a cassette of the soundtrack many years ago, which i found of late and reignited my obsession with the song(and the entire soundtrack, which a friend with the capabilities converted to a wav file cd)
i puchased the cd from mr boswell and highly recommend it

now my obsession is finding a widescreen dvd of the movie
the old vhs tape has deteriorated to unwatchable, and i've scoured the internet for a widescreen version to no avail
amazon, ebay, various dvd sellers, all in stock is fullscreen
