Time Confusion

I just watched this again; it is one of my all-time favourite movies. I've always wondered about something; at the beginning, Claude makes a reference to tomorrow being their last day of school, but it seems that at least one whole day (and two nights) has passed before you see her actual last day, when she is bringing her books and art folder home. Not that it detracts from what a good story it is, but just wondering if anyone else noticed?

Cool, haven't checked this board for years, and didn't think I'd get a reply! Anyway, if she managed to pack in going to the pizzeria with her friends, going to see Lucy's band, going back to Lucy's apartment, the aftermath of Luke's death, and messing around with Ellen all into one evening, that is a lot of living she got to do :)
