...why didn't they just SHOW the action that was being described. Make it like a regular movie. The idea of a director hijacking his own film negative and throwing everyone into a panic IS a funny idea. But just shoot it like a typical movie and NOT like a damn mockumentary. That's where they went wrong.

It must be only funny to actors & directors who have been so involved in "the business" that they have forgotten what real life is like.

I was thinking that throughout the movie. They could've at least do what most mockumentaries do and have the fictional film crew follow the people around. That way, we could see what they were doing AND they could still be interviewed.
