Twombley's killer? SPOILERS*

Who killed him, if it wasn't Jack?

Great acting, but I was let down this came off as a murder mystery only to be a family morals lesson, hard to mix both worlds of film.

My impression is that he was killed by accident.

that's what I kind of thought the ending eluded to, yet they spent 2/3rds of the movie having us believe foul play was involved. Jack acting overly suspicious in multiple scenes. The whole real estate, and mob references thing too.

the ending indicates that it was an accident. the script is not perfect but it's over analyzing to say that twombley's death was really murder.

The story is somewhat hitched to Wade's POV most of the time. All he had was flimsy circumstantial evidence and he saw what he wanted to see.

I don't think Jack acted suspicious.

Also, if he was paid to hit Twombley, why was he so broke afterwards? He was doing outdoor snow removal work that he hated because he had no money.

It was an accident under suspicious circumstances.

Even Rolfe, who is usually very careful in what he says and does, told Wade he suspected it was murder. This made Wade even more suspicious of Jack.

I like this film. It is not for everybody though.
