Was that liquid morphine he was using?

Who the heck prescribes liquid morphine to an average Joe? I've known 1 person who got it, but a registered nurse had to dispense it to them at home.

If you're talking about the little apparatus that Garfield continues to use, I assume it's Asthma inhaler. A lot of people who suffer from Asthma use it.

Being inconsistent is better than being consistently bad.

No, I'm talking about the morphine he uses to put the rat to sleep temporarily in his classroom. He tells Stevie its morphine sulfate. Stevie asks where he got it from, and Garfield says from his private stash.
Garfield also uses it in a syringe when he shoots it at Ceasar.

Considering he was stabbed near the spine, I assume he has access to morphine for pain relief purposes. Although, I don't think that is realistic as other pain medication would be more likely to be prescribed.

You guys missed the fact he said it was demoral in the class and it TURNS INTO morphine sulfate as would any other pain killer since they are all opiates.

Demoral I got when I got my wisdom teeth out. It is quite common.

reply

Demerol is a morphine deriviative, and is NOT readily handed out in the liquid form that Garfield had.
You see him use it to make liquid morphine sulfate, which meant he had been prescribed liquid Demerol.

I've been prescribed Demerol for wisdom teeth too, but always in pill form only!
