Omg this scene made me laugh so hard!!

I remember flipping channels and catching a scene where everyone was slapping the receptionist. And then the next day she comes in with a neck brace and bandages and says something to Fred Savage and he pauses for a second and out of the blue, smacks her again. It was so funny!
